Week 1 - Day 3

Still on track with the training and another 30 minutes down in the history books. Still some tightness in the lower right leg, but hey it isn't holding me back. There, short and sweet.

60 minutes on Saturday, here I come!

I didn't leave for the walk until just a few minutes before 5:00pm.
