My Garmin Forerunner 305 arrived at work yesterday via Purolator. Being the techie guy that I am, this afternoon I downloaded and installed the most up-to-date firmware and software for the device as follows:

Device Software:
Forerunner 305 Ver. 2.60
Device Firmware:
GPS Chipset Ver. 2.90
